Negative Comments: I worked in this company ..I am writing this review to save at least few people who has limited knowledge about him or his brand of companies and getting trap with this company. He has companies suputra inc /Zenith Consulting Inc and couple of them. All will be registered by his name(SHRINIWAS GANEDIWAL / SHRINIVAS GANEDIWAL / SHRINI GANEDIWAL) or his wife's name. If somebody is already working in this company better to get out now( irrespective of what stage you are in whether its is approved I140 or pending I485 doesn't matter, better to start fresh with new company) than making things ever worst. He never cares about employee's. Even though you are at I485 stage he doesn't apply. He did the same thing to me. He said USCIS is wrong in accepting the application, It make sense if you SHRINIWAS GANEDIWAL send the wrong filling fees which he usually does for everybody. If you think you can convence SHRINIWAS GANEDIWAL / SHRINIVAS GANEDIWAL / SHRINI GANEDIWAL then our are completely screwed. Bottom line about this company is "mumbai brothels is lot better than this company" if somebody has still questions about not getting away from him after reading this review, its your fate. what ever you see as a review in immihelp.com is 100% true about his negative nature and how he traps people.

Positive Comments: Hey Lay Bhari, you are just a mad person. I was trying to help you to get some quick money. I didn't just say that sue them,I also told you to sue any employer you have. Weather there is an issue or not,generally you can get some quick money from employers, unless employer wants to fight back (which happened to me), that is a risk but no risk no reward man! There is no guaranty with this approach but why not try it? I am thinking of suing Fannie Mae to get some cash, I heard it is easy to get money from government organizations!!
Also don't worry I won't call you in my life time, go to hell!

Positive Comments: Hi New Guy, these all 3 postings are by Rohit Deshpande and Shweta Deshpande. I was contacted by them first time a few months ago. The summary of my discussion, we had a long chat more than 30 min, Rohit had some issues with Zenith back in 2006-2007. It sounded like it wasn't a clear cut problem. Rohit thought he should get paid X and company paid him y. so difference in the expectation. He had nothing good to say about Zenith which I guess is normal when you leave the company.

The only trouble now is I already got my Greencard due to sudden movement in Priority date and I don't need any consulting company any more. But this guy Rohit still calls me couple of times a week to chat, he tells me to sue Zenith, I tell him I never worked for Zenith and have nothing to do with them, why should I sue them, he says just sue it will help him. Not sure what this guy is upto. Please stop calling him, I don't have anything to do with these consulting companies anymore!! Please don't call me!!!!

I know you and your wife were illegal and she used to work without permit and got into trouble with INS. I also heard you filed a bogus claim and got nothing out of it, but spent good chunk of your money!!

Negative Comments: Lets talk about this:

1. His goal - Make money in anyway possible and buy homes, condos, buy Warren Buffet stocks, etc.

2. His scam strategy - Get H1B people into trap by getting them sign contract saying it is just a formality he needs to submit to Department of Labor and shit like that. That contract is one sided and he says he will pay what is on LCA - which is peanuts - ~40,000 a year and the rest as perks. He also says those perks can be stopped at any time or could be treated as future payments. So your hourly rate (which he promises on phone - no paper trail, no email) will be paid partly (to amount to ~40,000 yearly salary) as the paycheck with the rest as perks, allowances etc. If you ask him he will say story about he should not pay more than what is on LCA but he can pay as perks the rest of the amount. But people dont understand that he will stop paying you and then say whatever he paid you earlier as perks will be counted as salary the next few months that he has not stopped salary for. He will also include that any disputes should be resolved in a circuit court next to his home in FL. And he targets people from other states. So, lot of people who dont want to fly down to take his ass to court and go through a lot of trouble. this is how he takes free money from people. HIS WIFE IS A WHORE, AND THEY DO THESE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES TOGETHER.

PLEASE BE ALSO AWARE THAT ONCE HE SEES NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY HE WILL POSE AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE OR WORSE CURRENT EMPLOYEE AND WRITE POSTS HERE SAYING HOW SHRINI / SUPUTRA / ZENITH CONSULTING / OR (ANY OTHER SET OF NEW COMPANIES HE STARTS ONCE EVERY 6 MONTHS) SAVED HIM AND HELP HIM AND SHIT LIKE THAT.

3. I never had enemies in my life. THIS GUY IS THE FIRST. I am waiting for opportunities to take revenge. AND I WILL!

Negative Comments: this company is run by a scam artist called shriniwas ganediwal who has cheated several people by stopping their pay and also cheating them by taking 10s of thousands of dollars for GC processing. He is the worst of the kind you will find in this fraud IT consulting business. His wife is a B and they do this work together. Their goal is to cheat H1B employees by posing that they have many companies. But in reality it takes about a $100 to register a company. They rotate new h1Bs to different company names so that they dont know this other company which is doing a lot of fraud is their own employer. Beware of this MF. DO NOT AT ANY COST SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS MF.... He cheats people and invests money in buying houses / condos / stocks in FL by sucking money out of H1B folks who are not well informed.
