I received an RFE for birth certificate on 6/23/16
87 days to teply
We submitted all our paperwork for concurrent filing I485 n I130
5/1/16 and all was accepted
Fingerprint was completed on 6/7/16
I 131 n' I765 was also filed. I still not heard anything yet about these apps.
Is it because of the RFE?
My husband sent back home for his birth paper and we just received it. I am preparing a cover letter
to send it to them.
