Deferment of program
Hello Guys, I'm new to this forum and i need your urgent advice to my issue. I came in 3 weeks ago with a F1 visa to study a month course at Newyork Film Academy. The course was supposed to start on the 10th of October but i sent an email to the school seeking for a deferment of my program which they approved. They said i should pay for the shipping of the new i-20 letter which i did and gave them the address of where i stay in Texas. Few days later, the School's international office called me on the number i put down for the courier but i missed the call and they then sent me an email saying

"At the time we were told that you deferred your attendance, we were not aware that you had already entered the US with your F-1 student visa on September 22nd. F-1 students who have already entered the US do not have the option to defer attendance. Your current SEVIS record will be terminated, which will give you 15 days to depart the US. We will issue a new I-20 and send it via e-ship. You will be responsible for paying a new SEVIS fee ($200USD), but you do not have to go back to the US Embassy. You may re-enter the US up to 30 days before your new course begins using this new I-20 and the F-1 student visa in your passport. Regardless of the date of your departure, the termination may cause a “flag” on your immigration record and you may be asked about this when entering the US in the future. "

I'm confused because I don't have plans of leaving sooner, Please advice.
