Hello Y'all!!
I know how stressful was the whole process for a K1 Visa and now i'm going through
I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131
My biggest advise if you wanna married a non-US citizen is to apply for the K1 first.
It's long and fastidious but I must admit that the fact we went through the K1 Visa process with the USCIS, has made everything faster and easier since.
K1 sent to USCIS 01/28/16
K1 Case Approval: 04/02/16
K1Visa Embassy Interview: 06/22/16 (Paris, France)
K1 Visa approved: 07/05/16

Entry USA K1 visa: 08/20/16
Marriage NYC: 09/14/16
AOS1,2 &3 sent: 10/19/16
Chicago USCIS received on 10/20/16
USCIS case received email: 10/24/16
Check 1070$ cleared: 10/25/16
