Our application kept on hold due to father visa document has not submitted, since we don't have valid visa later consulting with CKGS we submitted approved I-797 extension petition, mailed to [email protected].
Initially they have told to upload the document in 'MY ACCOUNT' section but there is no option/button to upload document when contacting them they provided above email id to submit the missed document.
Mailed missed document on 01/17/17 and acknowledged on 01/18/17.
Status got changed from HOLD to MATCH UP on 01/25/17
MATCH UP status has been changed to 'IN TRANSIT to embassy' and in half an hour status changed to 'UNDER PROCESS at embassy' on 01/30/17
ps: I think match up process is removed, automatically status got changed to next state without asking for passport.
