Hi, I just want to share my first time interview experience in American Embassy last December 15, 2016.
It was really a great December 14 birthday gift.
I applied for non immigrant visa with my friend Char & Hyde. We did the first step, we entered to the gate for body checking, then hall way, waited for 5 minutes and my name was called for first fingerprints. Since it was my first time, my hands was shaking when the lady around 55 yo asked me about my purposed in applying to USA. I replied but it seems she is not listening. Few minutes after, she told me to proceed to window 12, me and Char waiting for around 35 minutes due to some applicants were stock up in window 12 for some reasons. 2nd fingerprinting was conducted by a young white beautiful lady,saying GOOD LUCK mam, enjoy your day. Later, security mentioned my name to proceed to window 10, I can feel my heart pumping so fast, deeply I prayed and whisper bismiallah.
2 minutes interview
VO: a young smart man with a brown complexion " good morning"
I replied "good morning sir"
VO: hand me your passport please,
I gave my passport, here sir,
VO: typing, maybe for 5 seconds and stared at me for a moment with his smiling eyes,
I whispered, relax??
VO: started asking me, How long you been working in present job?
I answered loudly 24 years sir in the University, then he was typing for a seconds...
VO: repeatedly asked 22 years in the Hospital? he smiled at me...
I replied no sir, 24 year in the University,
VO: typing again for maybe 10 seconds..and said, oh, okey
While waiting, I realized, it`s supposed to be 23 years in Gregorian calendar and 25 years in Arabic calendar...
VO: I will keep your passport and wait for....
I can`t even remember the last word, I just clearly heard the magical word " I`ll keep your passport " and I was looking at him happily but confused, that`s all sir?
VO: He answered, Yes, good luck!
Thank you sir, God bless your heart! I waited, after 5 minutes, my friend Char came with teary eyes & later Hydee came smiling,??ended Happily for MULTI VISA granted, alhamdulillah??
