lost passport and visa but i have i-94
Hi,
I lost my passport, i am going to apply the new passport.
if there is no visa stamp in his new passport, will it effect on OPT approval. We have copies of old visa and all other important docs.
Now am on CPT. i have 2 months left for applying OPT. and i don't have option to travel to India for stamping.
