me : senior assurance mainly in internal audit department ( as i wrote in my application 160 & actual title is senior assurance - my resident visa is auditor)
vo: sorry we looking for people who have strong ties and family so that they come back and also you are from 3rd world country and that happened a lot between them.
i Dont know what to do now to apply again and show my case again as one of my friends wz my same circumstance applied and get it and if so shall i start saying my status or the vo will ask me what changed so that i applied again ?

I applied on green card lottery at the end of December 2016 a and don't no if that affect my application or not as i have rode a lot it doesn't affect your application .
