Dear Sir/Madam,
First, I want to say I am so happy Insubuy has representatives answering the phones and helping customers on a Sunday. Not enough businesses do that! Second, I found the person who helped me moments ago very personable and professional. I forgot to write down her name, but I imagine the records will show with whom I spoke. When it became clear I would not be able to buy the same policy I purchased last year, the rep quickly found a suitable replacement with the same coverage. The entire process was quick and satisfying.

p.s. The only thing that would have made the experience better is having another A or A+ company to choose from (since the underwriter of my policy last year no longer offers the plan to US citizens)
