I want to say thank you for the great customer service with policies that I purchased.
Theresa spent a lot of time helping me with a problem, and she explained which policies to purchase, and how to get insurance for future family visits. She wasn’t pushy, but she suggested products and knowledgeable [sic][ answered questions. In short, she was everything that I would want an insurance agent to be.
My family is overseas and they visit often. I need to purchase insurance for them when they visit. Until now I have been pretty random in which company I choose. But because of the great service I have set a bookmark for your company and noted she is great to work with. I will be a returning customer!
