RFE Question
Hi again guys, this question that I am about to ask is on behalf of a friend. He went to his 485 interview from February 2017 and was told to look out for a RFE; however, he has not receive the RFE. So my question is, does it take 4 Months or more for a RFE to be sent to a person? What do guys think that he should do? Should he continue to wait or should he make an inquiry?
