Can someone help me??my brother's aplication for extension of his visitor visa was dinaied, can he now aplay for a student visa?

My spouse is in India and to apply for ITIN for him, a passport copy(notarized from US consulate)is required. If anyone knows the procedure to get this done from US embassy, please mail me the details..Please let me know if there is any other option.

My H4 Interview at chennai consulate was on Nov 13th and today i received my passport with visa stamped on it. but i found some errors on that
1) passport number on visa is old/cancelled passport number
2) Spouse name in visa has got spelling mistake.

can anyone plz tel me how to solve this problem.
will it take more time?
i have to go to VFS offic to correct this?? or by sending my passport through courier ??

PLZ help me to solve this bcos i alredy booked the flight ticket for dec 15th.

I got the passports with the visas stamped today. Had sent it on July 9th.

I had sent for Visa Revalidation on 14th of july.
Got back my passport today with visa stamped .
Anybody still waiting for passport,have patience

I sent my passport for revalidation on 13th July Reached St Louis on 14th July. Got it back on 18th October.
