I filed my wife's E3 EAD renewal on April 7th 2023.

Any idea how long are renewals taking?

Any particular date we can know currently being processed.

So, i filed for my OPT STEM extension on time, everything was going good, but i never received my notice of action. On November 22, 2022 I filed my change of address online. I received an email saying I would get an answer by December 12. My EAD was approved. I checked my mail every day only to find out my EAD was sent to the wrong address on december 15. I called uscis they said they haven’t got any change of address from me and that I needed to dile for a new EAD. I dis because i am starting a new employment soon and I needed proof. By then i had updated my address at least twice. I sent a letter to change my address on december 23 and until this day (January 4 2023) they haven’t updated my address anywhere. I have called so many times. On december 24 my previously approved ead was re sent to uscis but they haven’t got it back. I am so frustrated with how little to no help I have received from uscis. I don’t know id i should follow through with my eas replacement as my previous ead was found but not returned yet and the new ead I would get would probably be sent to the wrong place again because they don’t update my address.
Any clues on how to mame them update my address so I can finally receive my correspondence?? Yes i did file online and a physical copy of the change of address form

Can I apply visit visa to my children?

My mom has been waiting on her work authorization for a year. She received the 180 day extension letter but that expired as well.
Her immigration attorney just says be patient and she never says anything else. She said to call and schedule an infopass appointment which we did call and they said they don’t do infopass appointments for work authorization.
My moms passport, ID and work authorization have all now expired and we are all so scared.

She is under pending political asylum.

Please help!

hello, everyone I filed for vawa back in august 2019 but my lawyer doesn't file my I765 and I485 waiting for my I360 to be approve first, have receive prima facial twice now also got a letter for initial evidence last year September which i sent to them....still now still dont get any response please guy what your advice should i go ahead and file for I765&I485 cos time is not on my side every case i know they file everything at once

i am facing the same situation, I already did a e-request online (saw this post late).I got my I797c at the same address so i don't think it is an address issue.

I had the following questions
Can i make another e request through phone?
I could'nt get past the automated response. What were the steps that you took for the USCIS to register through phone?
Do we have to be physically present in order to receive the ead card?
Should i change my mailing address ?
I havent tried contacting USPS because i know its USPS
Try contacting the local congressman?

Hi,

I have a question regarding non compete agreements. I have signed a non compete agreement with my current employer based out of Texas. I have been working as a contractor to an implementation partner (IP) based out of Nebraska. The IP and my current employer have an agreement where the IP can hire me full time after 6 months into the contract. I have been offered a full time remote position (OH) with the IP as I completed 6 months. My employer says I am legally not allowed to accept the position as I have signed the non compete.

My question is, am I really violating this non compete agreement and what are the legal implications if I accept the job?
