Adjustment of Status - I-485

I just got a NOID for my I-485.I just responded to that as well.Do you know how long USCIS will take to give a decision after NOID response ?

Hi, does anyone know how to extend my EAD extension letter? i have about a month before the old one expires.

Hey guys, i sent my C09 EAD renewal in April and got the receipt with the extension which expires On January 5th. Anyone else in the same situation? Are they deliberately delaying EAD renewals?

Is anyone who called and canceled the family based interview due to having covid symptoms? My friend's interview was scheduled for December 14 but he got really sick and lost his voice. They might have to cancel the interview but he wants to know how soon he can get rescheduled?

I just received a letter from USCIS asking to meet with a specific officer for an interview in 2 weeks. The form mentioned to bring in an id photo and a mask. Letter was adressed to my husband and i.
What should we expect? Can anyone advise please?

Hi guys, filled I-360 and I-485 together in August 2019. my I-360 got approved October 14th 2020, I also got my work permit and parole. also got my 3rd prima factia. Im wondering when I can expect my interview or a green card? because there is no update on my I-485.

Hi, please I have completed my family base green card interview (I-485) last two weeks in San Diego California. The officer told me I will hear a decision after my background check is complete, but what concern me is my medical (I-693). How long is it valid for ? The immigration officer was confuse about it, they actually extend it to four years. she told me she will get back to me on that, she has to ask her supervisor.

When I look at the uscis website, It states you have to get the COVID vaccine shot when applying for ur medical (i-693).

Please I don’t want to get the COVID vaccine shot, i talk with my lawyer he said we have to use religion exemption but he said it is going to be very hard, Since this is the first time for him.

Any one on the same boat with me?? I need ur advice please.

Hello fam,

I applied for the 3rd renewal ead/advance parole and send the applucation on september 15th 2021. I got the receipt on september 30th. My card is going to expire on dec 14th and to date i have not received any update. If i don't receive i may lose my job and not be able to renew my drivers license.
I have done all i can do for this adjustment of status. Am tired and worried. I no longer have the energy. They not making a decision on my case after my interview on january 2021
Any advise people, please help.
