I was a DACA recipient since January 2013
Advance parole with lawful entry 12/27/2015
Submitted I-589 for asylum September 2016 Immediate relative (Daughter illness)
Filed I-130 May 2019/ immediate RELATIVE SPOUSE
I-589 withdraw August 2019 My attorney terminate to ICE
Filed I-485 October 2019 immediate relative spouse
Removal proceedings with I-130 (I-589 asylum case) September 2019
Uscis request further information / My husband taxes from 2018 01/28/2020
I-130 Court date set for August 2020.
                                                       Rescheduled due to covid until 06/23/2023. My lawyer explained me the Judge moved the date further, to give me time to get my green card before court date.
USCIS - Has jurisdiction over arriving aliens. I was told by my lawyer that I’ll get m y green card from the immigration court.
INTERVIEW DATE 11/29/2021 AT 12:10PM
My lawyer arrived on her own and my husband and I arrived at 12:10pm, we had to go to the window to have the notification scanned, I was asked to take finger prints and take the mask off for a picture, we were asked if we need it a translator and got a M# we were told to wait on the right side of the waiting area. We waited like 1 hour before been call.
First she asked us for our ID’s and held them till the end, she said she had some questions in regards the I-130 & I-485 that she had previously noted as she review the case before we went in.
She asked for the original marriage certificate, our birth certificates and divorce decree.
Questions for my husband:
Age and names of my 3 children, my current job and previous job, how I get paid and what date and the day of the week I get paid, as well as the bank account where that money gets deposit , how much is the rent and how many rooms.
Questions for me: Age of his son, where he lives, my child support amount, his work hours, if he had direct deposit and what bank, how often. She asked me the yes and no questions and made me signed i-130 form. She said her last name and say the decision will be mail within 120 days. 30 minutes after the appointment it shows: Interview Was Completed and My Case Must Be Reviewed. No updates yet.

Hello, I had my interview last week Thursday. Case was approved the following day Friday. I thought card would be shipped on Monday but it’s not. When I check the status on the website, it still says case was approved on Thursday. Is it usual? Can anyone relate. I thought card is shipped next day?

I went for my 2nd interview in March 2021 and it went pretty well, Post Date was August 2019, status still says “Interview was Scheduled”, raised SR in July, still nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this in the Dallas FO?

i have my petion family base i go to the interview local office indianapolis after interviews and 1 nov 2021 and tomorrow i resive the aprouval for i-130 the i-485 istill same no update to day 21 day and prosesse the same time ?

It’s time for me to submit my application to remove conditions on my green card. I have few questions and hoping to find an answer.
1- Are the fees for the application are made separate from the biometric fees or both can be combined in one Check/Money Order
2- Is a medical exam required in this step?

Does anyone have any experience paying USCIS fees with the form Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card transactions? If so, how was the payment processed by the bank that issued your credit card, as a regular payment or as a cash advance? I ask because if you use your credit card at certain places like Western Union for example, it doesn't get processed by the bank as a regular payment, but rather as a cash advance, which carries its own set of fees. If the USCIS payment is processed as a cash advance, I rather pay with a check. Also, how long did it take USCIS to process your credit card payment? Thanks in advance.
