I got cheated by this company. I ordered flowers and cake for this valentine's day to be delivered to my wife in India. The flowers i ordered were in a heart shaped arrangement and the cake was a black forest case. The pictures of the cake and the flowers looked very nice and that's why i ordered through them. But, they delivered all withered roses (all are bad ones). There was no heart shape nor there was any arrangement with leaves. Instead of black forest cake they delivered good for nothing bad plain vanilla cake. I feel cheated and robbed by them. I called their customer service number many times and no one pick up the call. I don't know what i can do?

has anyone got similar experiences with them? Stay away from these fraud online florists. They are greedy and they falsely advertise their products.

I have placed an order with floraindia to deliver valentine's day gift to my husband in Hyderabad. As his office timings are from 3pm-10pm, i have specifically instructed to deliver the gift with in that time. But not only they arrived by 1pm , but ignored my husband's request to leave the gift at office desk. So it was a great inconvenience as my husband has to hurry up to office, leaving an important function, to collect the gift.

I will think twice to place an order with flora india again.

i didn't get reply for my below mail send 2 weeks back till now. On checking in web, most of the customer have logged complained against Ojjas Enterprises about the fraduluent trades.

Do not buy any products from Ojjas Enterprise or from Rediff Shopping to avoid future stress.

I have following disputes on the delivery:
1. Wrong product delivered
2. Damaged Product
3. Accessories not supplied(but agreed in rediff website)
4. Not working
5. Used product supplied.

i raised an order with firstandsecond.com. and made payment thru bank to thier hdfc bank in Delhi. The sent couple of mails to be up to the day i transfer the amount. Later they never turned back saying whether they recieved the money or not. the order status never changed. still it is showing awaiting the payment. I would wait for a week and file a case with consumer forum on this. I recommend not to buy anything from www.firstsecond.com online book store.

Our india is complete cheating.

I had placed an order for MP4 player through rediff to one jaspreet sahni Ojas enterprises. to my shock i discovered that the sealed parcel that i receievd contained only the accessories but not the MP4 player. 5 emails and probably 100 phone calls have been unattended so far in the last two days. can any body in goregaon mumbai check on this address or the phone

I have purchase one mini iron from the rediffshooping with my order number 5068479 from the Ojjas Enterprizez Mumbai. They send me small
Iron which does not work. Its just a model of Iron. Where as in the advertisement on Rediff Shooping they were claiming that this Mini Iron can be use in the travelling. I will not leave them I will take them to court.

I had paid by credit card in mid-November and received a few tems from Ojjas for order pkaced through Sifymall and thereafter the remaining orders were not supplied. I have been contacting Sifymall through telephone and email and no one responds adequately except to gater the details repeatedly and requesting a further 24 - 48 hours. Each time it is a different customer executive who handles the issue. Sifymall says that Ojjas allegedly claims to have sent four items under one order on 17.11.2008 under one Airway bill, but of these only one item under this AWB has been received so far and the Airway bill also points to only one item having been sent at all. This is a ripoff by the mall seller all combined. Does anyone have the address and telephone number at Bangalore of Ojjas ?

I ordered three shirts through online shopping of Rediff. I have received a mail from rediff confirming acceptance of order and subsequently despatch of the same through TNT Courier and a consignment number was given. The item was to be despatched by Shopping Mantra Enterprises, Borivli, Mumbai. Since I did not receive the ordered item, when I searched through the link 'track order' I was surprised to see that the consignment no given was for an item to be despatched to Damascus. I called up TNT couriers and they have informed that they have so far not received any consignment from rediff for delivery at my address. I have written to Rediffshopping Customer Care service, but no response. I am not sure, whether I am not going to get my ordered item or my money has gone waste.

I ordered for Emergency Light with Fan in Rediff.shopping website and paid the money Rs.1029/- through net banking on 3rd November 2008. But till date I did not received the consignment. On 20th November I received the mail from Rediff mentioning "Due to out of stock we are reversed your order, you will get your money in your account".Till date i did not received the money. If anybody could help me in refund of my money is better.
