EAD Card Received C09 // I-485 still pending with Seattle Office
Hey Guys,

I just received my EAD card from NSC.
5/19/2020 sent out application
5/29 receipt date
8/17 approved, and card ordered
8/25 shows card was produced and mailed out
8/28 received.
USCIS is moving pretty fast on EAD cards...

Below is I 485 timeline - still pending and waiting to be scheduled.
4/11/2020 mailed application
4/15 receipt date
7/21 case ready to schedule
8/6 fingerprint has applied to your case (I have a pending application with USCIS and I guess they used my old recoreds)
Nothing new since 8/6

BTW, I would like to share below if you are interested in cutting your phone bills.

My cell phone carrier is Mint Mobile. I switched to Mint a year ago and I like it.
Below are the reasons why I recommend Mint Mobile.
Good coverage / Use zip code to check if your area has good Mint coverage
Very competitive rate / 15$ per month with 3GB 4G high speed internet, unlimited 3G // or $25 with 12 GB high speed internet. Free and unlimited calls to Canada and Mexico and some other countries.
Get $15 credit when you refer a friend / Friend also gets $15 referral credit
Superior customer service
Keep your phone number / Need account number and PIN from your current carrier to switch
If you are interested in switching your phone to Mint Mobile, please use this link http://fbuy.me/pS_qJ so we both can get $15 credit.

Have a great weekend.. and good news will come soon every one!!

I485 approved, card mailed
Hi everyone. I’ve been a silent reader on this forum for almost a year, really grateful for all your stories and tips, it made me realise that I am not alone on this long and nerve wracking journey. Today I’ve received a notification that my card was finally mailed to me, so I decided to share my experience with you guys. Maybe it will give some hope to my fellow EB1A filers as well as to other people that are going trough AOS.

Quick facts about my status before AOS: Came to US in January of 2018 on O1 visa, in July 2019 filed I140 under EB1a category, October 2019 - transferred my O1 visa to a different employer and week later got my I140 approved.

My AOS timeline:
- 12/31/2019- USCIS received my I131, I765 and I485;
- 01/31/2020 - Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Takes for all three forms;
- 04/08/2020 - Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed for form I485( because I changed my employers while my application was pending, they requested Supplement J which is normally not needed with EB1a);
- 04/10/2020 - I131 and I765 approved/new card is being produced;
- 04 /16/2020 - EAD/AP in hand;
- 04/21/2020 - Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received for the form I485;
- 08/11/2020 - New Card Is Being Produced / Case approved;
- 08/17/2020 - Received approval notices in mail;
- 08/28/2020 - Card was mailed to me.

As you can see, I’ve been waiting for my RFIE response from USCIS for almost 4 months. I raised 2 SR, after 80 and after 100 days. My first service request was simply ignored, I received a response to my second one on 08/14 - after my case was already approved, it was saying pretty much the same thing:” Congratulations, your case was approved!”I have no idea if my SRs forced them to do something, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea to try and go that route if you’ve been waiting for too long. I tried to describe everything as detailed as I possibly could, so maybe someone can compare this to their own case and what’s most important - don’t lose hope. As you can see my interview was waived, they are still waiving them, which I believe is good news. Feel free to ask any questions, I am not sure there is anything else I can tell you about my story, but I will be happy to help. I will be praying for everyone who is still waiting for their decision. God bless you all. Everything is going to be fine

EB3 Approved
Hi everyone, as I promised to those who have been following with me other EB3 experiences, here is my case update.

Today 08/28/2020 changed status to approved "Card is being produced". It is one of those interview waiving cases.

My PD is 03/08/2019 (became current on August)
Submitted case on 07/31/2019
Got EAD/AP on 09/11/2019 (Yes, I got EAD/AP before biometrics)
Biometrics on 12/23/2019
03/27/2020 Interview was cancelled (no interview was scheduled)
RFE for med examinations on 04/03/2020 (Notice that the RFE status was never updated on portal, everything related to it was by physical mail)
Sent the meds back on 04/19/2020 (USCIS never updated status or notified me to acknowledge the med examinations were received )
08/28/2020 Case approved, Card is being produced, notification mentions that I should be receiving it within 30 days.

Case was on Texas Service Center (Dallas Area), at some point which I do not remember, case was transferred to NBC.
I never called to any agent, neither chat with Emma, everything was done by following instructions from the company immigration lawyers.

I hope this helps, remember that this is a patience game.
My best vibes to all.

Is there any additional documents for a child aside I-130
Hello Mates, A friend is filling a green card for his spouse and a 7 year son and he called to enquire the forms he should fill for the child apart from Form I-130.
Since I am not sure, I would be grateful if anyone who has the knowledge mention the forms he should fill and the address that should be sent to.
Marriage based green card, located in Atlanta Georgia
Thank you
