My Experience in L1 Visa interview
First of all, i am thanking for this site moderators and all others who are supporting for this to the people. I took around 20 distinct questions from this site and it helped a lot to get my visa approved.

Please find below my conversation with VO at the time of my interview.

VO: Good Morning.
ME: Good Morning. How are you doing?
VO: Doing good.
VO: Give me your documents
ME: I put my documents

VO: How long you been with YYYY X?
ME: 3 years 3 months.

VO: Why you are going to US?
ME: I am going to design and develop xxxxx with my specialized knowledge of using YYYY .
In which I have 3 years 3 months of experience.

VO: What will be your salary in US?
ME: YYYY US Dollars per year

VO: What is your current salary in India?
ME: YYYY Rupees per year

VO: Show me your pay slip?
ME: I did not bring my pay slip. Also I said that, the salary has been updated my company’s BEP letter.

VO: I want to see your pay slip now?
ME: For 10-20 seconds silent

VO: Do you have any income tax return statements in hand?
ME: I shown my eFiling acknowledgement for the assessment year 2010- 2011,
Income tax transaction details from NSDL (income tax site) and
latest 6 months bank statements with highlighting my salary transactions.
By God grace all these documents I took from my home for reference.

VO: He verified all the above documents and current dates also. Then he said ok.
VO: Why you only selected not anyone else from your team?
ME: I have been working with this tool for the same client for 3 years 3 months and implemented various xxxx than others.
I am certified as xxxx by xxxx. Also I am certified in xxxx, xxxx by xxxx.

VO: Good. I am approving your visa. Take care.
ME: Thank you.

I can give some suggestion on my experience is, whatever the information we put in the documents (BEP Letter, L1B petition, Client Letter), we need to keep the supportive documents for the same.
Also be cool and take everying simple. This is not a big deal, you can take this as a formal discussion.

In my case, My IT-Returns and Bank Statement are helps at that time to convince VO.

L1-B rejected
It was quick discussion. He asked me about my skills. I replied in brief. He asked how come in 2 years you become a specialized resource.
I cannot give you the VISA.
He handed me the blue sheet 221 g and checked
Your L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I)(ii)(D) and INA 101(a)(15)(L)"

Does anyone have any idea what should be the next steps.

I am going to appear for L1-B interview under blanket petition on 6th Dec, 2010.
I just came to know that the $2250 addition fee came into effect from 20th Nov.
I am going with blanket petition, so do i need to pay this fee individually, or it will be paid against the blanket petition.
