Re: Urgent help required
Hello,
It is very much possible to do the H1B transfer (so called) without any paystubs in your case. As you are not in the USA, you need not show that you are in a valid status.
The new employer can file your case as a new H1B, which will not be under any quota, as you already have a H1B approval in recent past 6 years.
Venkat is right for those who are in the USA. Still many new H1B holders can do a H1B transfer prior to the start date on a new H1B(normally Oct 1), without paystubs.

Hi,

Dont go for H1 transfer. First you work for your original employer for a period of min. 3 months. then only you can go for H1 transfer. Because H1 transfer is not possibile wihout payslips. All those employers will attract you and say also that transfer is possible without payslips. but dont listen their words. after getting min 3 payslips only, you can go for transfer.

bye,
Venkat

Urgent help required
HI,

I got H1B stamped in October. I wan to go to USA in January. I have an offer from other company which is good and paying me even on bench and without project also. where as my Original Company (which has processed H1B) will not be paying me on Bench & without project.

I prefer going for the new company, but the problem is H1B Transfer.
Is it mandatory that i work for my original company?
 or
can i get it transferred without the knowledge of my original company?

What if they come to know later that I am working in Other company?

I have signed an agreement with them which starts the day I go to USA & start working for them, so If I don't go then is the contract still valid?

Kindly help me...

Thanks

Interview at chennai consulate
Hi,
Interview was on 17th Nov 20008
I had attended interview with chennai consulate and has been issued a 221(g) blue form stating that consulate need more documents from petitioner. all options are checked by Visa officer. Visa officer said that do not send your passport when you submit the documents, we will be intimating regarding the passport after that.

I have some questions regarding the VISA stamping:
1) Once 221g form is issued, Is there any possibility to get visa stamped?
2) If it is so, how long the process will take?

If any one call tell me .. It wolud be helpful to me
