H1B, H4 Visa

First i have to tell thanx for these website.

my interview date is on 18th jan at 10:00 am. i entered into inside by 9:30am.By 9:45am i finished finger prints part.then i enter into the exact visa issuing building . the officer said there is very huge croud on that day.

so my interview is went like these.
i went to the counter no:4 at 12:10am

Me: hi good afternoon how r you?
VO: HI Good afternoon Fine thanq
Me: I farwarded my folder
VO: On which technologies u r going to work
ME: .NET TECHNOLOGIES
VO: What is ur MASTER DEGREE
ME: I have done my masters in master of computer management
VO: From when ur working with current company.
ME: Iam working with these company from last 7months
VO: HOW U GOT THESE US EMPLOYER?
ME: I said one of my friend is working with these company he told me there is some positions r there. so i forwared my resume .

VO; OK SIR UR PASSPORT WILL COME IN COURIER.
ME: THANQ SIR

  My visa interview was on Jan 17th at the chennai consulate @ 10.00AM. Exactly by 9.30A.M they allowed us to enter into the consulate and had the following discussion with the VO:
VO: Good Morning
Me: Good morning sir
VO: How do you do ?
ME: Fine sir
VO: Give me your folder.
ME: (Gave him)
VO: Is your husband is currently residing in US?
ME: Yes sir
VO: How long he is in US?
ME: -- months
VO: When did he left to US?
ME: -- month
VO: How long you have been married ?
ME:-- month
VO: Can you show his recent pay stubs ?
ME: Yes sir & gave him
VO: You will get your passport within 7 days.
ME: Thank you sir.

hi friends,thanks for this forum.well i had given my intriview for h4 on 17th of jan in chennai,which went well.The questions asked were
vo:slide the folder(containing ds 156 157,intrv letter,hdfc form.passport,principle applicants h1 docs)
me:submitted the docs
vo:whats ur husbands designation?
me:xxx
vo:what does he deal with
me:xxx
vo:whats his salary?
me:xxx
vo:asked for the finger print scanning
me:went through
vo:ok mam we'll post it to u in a week or two.
me:ok sir
 but today afeter 5 days when i got no response from the vfs,i called up the council and asked reason for the delay,and for my surprise,they told i have been given 221g!!!!!!!!.and that the h4 and L visas have been delayed due to work load and will need 10 or 15 days more for the prossesing.
 now what am i suppossed to do?bcoz vo had not given me any card,it was only when i called up i got to know i had been given 221g.pls help me with this.

My husband appeared on jan 10 & got visa & my date is on 30 jan

my doubt is in case if VO ask question
1) why you both took appointments on different dates?

what to say ?please suggest me any answer

Presently i am US with B1 Visa, i am leaving to india in Feb 1st week and i have schedule a H1b Interview In Feb 2nd Week. is their any issue with my recent visit.

in my case the VO is mentioned not to drop pass port in vfs. And my prob is any case num is mentioned in my 221 g blue form
so is there any other way to find my status
i all ready droped my docs in vfs no mresponce from that side

Today(23rd Jan) I had interview for H1B visa, my wife and kid came with me.
I didn't had unemployment wage reports and tax papers from my employer and hence the 221g.
 
My case is under Additional Administrative processing, (which means US embassy will verify my employer status in USA i.,e company financial status & number of employees)

I work with one of the big MNC in bangalore.I have attend visa interview on 21st November.This is how the interview went.
Me:GM sir How are you doing
VO:GM,I am doing good.Thnx.How are u
Me:I said Good and gave the file tat I am carrying
VO:So you are going to work for so and so company in US.?
Me:Yes
VO:Which project
Me:Inhouse and explained
VO:Wat is ur highest degree
Me:MCA
VO:Can i see the certificate?
Me:Passsed original certifcate
VO:ok.can i see the tax documents
Me:Passed all the documents envelope that i got from consulatant
VO:I dont see wages report ,so i am going to issue 221g pls submit those document thru VFS.
Me:Sir,wages document is there inside the envelope pls see it
VO:Sorry I dont see it in this documents.Pls submit it in VFS
Me:Do I have to submit with passport?
VO:No,just the documents
Me:Thanks and went

on Dec12 I have submitted all my documents in VFS with out passport,I have got a courier on Dec 20th saying Additional administrative processing and At the botttom with pen they wrote it is Passsport.So I wasnt sure whether i have to send the passport or should wait for other communication from consulate.I have called up the conuslate and clarified and sent my passprot.Today I have got my passprt stamped.I was really suprised.One thing that i have observed is VISA's that gets approved can be traceked through the VFS Track passport link.If your visa is approved u can see something like passport handed over to blue dart.etc.Belive me guys entire thing happend as a miracle.I lost my hopes and was working on L1 through my current company.Good luck for all .Hope every one would get the visa.I think in this 221g journey I have learnt so many things on the visa processing.If any one has any doubts you can contact me.
