Asking for H1B re interview !
Made my fresh H1B interview with my wife H4 in 16th of Oct.

VO ask for our passports,I797 and I129 all together, then the first and only question was about the employee rights in U.S! I answered perfectly.
Then asked us to have a seat in the waiting area, we spent 2 hours waiting til she finally called us to the window.

she directly informed us that we need to make another interview (Re-Interview!!), as at this moment they can not reach Washington (I do not know what is in Washington)!!

then she said (i will ask few questions for now, so the 2nd interview will not be that long),
asked about my age, my current position, and my position in U.S.
then asked my wife about her age, what is her position.

Then she returned all the documents along with our passports without any slip, and she said, we will contact you in few day for the 2nd interview, I really got so shocked!!

Any one have such an experience or any justification, please help!!

Looked into CEAC, my ds-160 status said AP til this moment.

Thanks in advance for your comments and help.

H1B Toronto , Visa interview 10/11
Hello,

I gave my visa interview on Friday 10/11. VO approved my case and told me I will get my passport back by Friday 10/18. I have not heard anything back from consulate/passport pick-up location yet.

Anyone on the same boat?

My status on website is still 'Administrative Processing'. What should I do in this case?

Resume and Passport collected and received Pink Slip with case number
Hi All,
Hope you guys are doing good.
I had attended my interview today,18th Oct 2019 at Chennai US consulate.
I was asked with some 10 to 12 basic questions and the QA session went actually good and i was very much confident.
The Verification Officer collected my Resume and said she would be taking it to review and re validate my resume against the role of Architect and I would be required to wait longer for knowing the results and suggested to check on the case status.
She also added that I need not appear for an interview again. She did not ask me for any other documents or gave me a time frame by when I could get the response.
My petition validity is only 30 March 2020.
Can some body help me with guidelines to track my case or share some piece of any other info if some had faced the same scenario

Thanks

H1 - 221G Blue slip
Hi, I had interview along with my wife(H4) and son (H4) on Aug 27th in Chennai and been issued 221G blue slip asking client letter and project description on which i am going to work and SOW between my company and client.

After 1 week from interview my employer submitted all the documents what were asked for and these were so many question and answer between my employer and consulate all were answered.

Our client has received call from consulate and they were also answered.

2 week back i received email from consulate asking project description and i just replied to that email 2 days back but what is surprising me is that status last updated date is never changed in CEAC and still it is in AP so i dont know what is going on
