H1B, H4 Visa

I was really tensed attending the interview . As I belong to big MNC and I am leaving it for a small us based company. They asked for company wage report,company income tax return and project document. My employer first didnt give me these documents and then he gave it to me after I insisted that I wanted those documents. My suggestion "the question is simple -- Prepare urself well wat you are gng to answer . Ensure that the previous experience gained is being used in this project.Also relate ur technical expertise with the project you are gng to do...

VO : Is it an extension or new visa?
Me : Its a fresh h1b
VO : Hw much experience you have in the present company?
Me : 5 years 9 months
VO : Is it an inhouse or client side project ?
Me : In house development project
Vo: Explain about your project ?
Me : bblllaahh
Vo : Give me your project document
Gave it
Vo : Give me your company financial statements
Me : This is three quarters wage report,Income tax return for this year...

I have read this site many a times so hope this will be useful.One clear explanation is enough,but I have seen many beat around the bush because of not preparing well or nervousness. Please be "cool" lol hw many times I have read it and even I was tensed....
