Guys need your advice
I appeared for a B1/B2 visa today, below is the discussion with the VO,

VO: Good morning, how are you
Me: Morning, i am good, how about you

VO: Please pass on your passport.
Me: Sure, here!

VO: Where are you going in US
Me: New Jersey

VO: Whats the purpose of your visit.
Me: i started telling that we have been working with a client in US and ........ she stopped and asked so its a business trip.
I said yes.

VO: Which company do you work for?
Me: XYZ

VO: What does it do?
Me: its an IT services company,
VO: So its a software business,
Me: Yes

VO: Whats your salary
Me: 1 lack xx thousand after taxes per month

VO: Have you visited any other country.
Me: Yes UAE last year.

VO: while typing something, asked are you married?
Me: Not yet

VO: sorry can't issue you visa at this time and handed over 214b form.

Now i was really curious to know what could have gone wrong, my salary's good, i have been with this current company for 1 year and on a managerial role. I have also worked at World Bank as a consultant in the past, have an account in world bank too. But never applied for visa before. It was my first time for US visa.

Still not sure what could have gone wrong. Any ideas?
