Interview:

We arrived 1 hour early, but we told them that we would like to wait for our lawyer before attending the interview. Lawyer was late, but they still accept us because we were on time earlier. Interview officer was from middle-east region. He was one of the nicest guy i ever met. He welcomed us and after oat he started our interview by asking our passport. ( Note: my wife have problem with anxiety and she can't stay in such situation because she usually get severe panic attacks. So she was unable to breath and freaking out). The IO noticed that and asked her if she need some water or wanted to walk outside to calm herself down. My wife explained his her anxiety and he understood that. Then he talk little about us and try to help her calm. I was holding her and hugged her so she can feel better.
He start asking about how we met and when we get married. About our work, I was still looking for job and she quits her jobs 2 weeks ago because we moved to Fairfax
 for west Virginia.
We have joint sponsor and all related documents.
Then he looked our trips and photos. (We love traveling and in 1 year we have visited LA, Chicago, VA Beach and Florida)
We had Joint bank account (Savings and checking). Joint credit cards (Five), Lease on our names, Utilities on both of our names. Sworn affidavits from our friends. Purchase receipts for our new home such as TV, Sofa, bed and more.
He asked my why last year in July, 2016 i lost my F-1 status. I explained that it was out of my control and school too. So i showed him my details of I-539 application with school letter and my attendance letter. I had my transcripts too.
Then yes or No question for my criminal background.
After all that, he told us that on face value everything looks okay. But he needs more time to review our file before any decision. He told us to wait for 60 days and we will for sure receive response in 60 day.
He never checked my EAD or SSN, never gave any letter or stamped my passport.

Thanks again friends for your help all the way. Please let me know if there is any information needed.
