L1B Blanket with previous L2 extension denial
Hello everyone,
I was on L2 visa three years ago in the US. Currently appearing for L1B Blanket. I am wondering should I mention about the L2 extension denial? I read in some forums that I need to mention in DS 160 only if the embassy makes the denial. Should we also mention the past denial from USCIS?
Please advise on that.
