OCI -Living in India- NEET 2024 Eligibility

Any body knows what's the eligibility for NEET 2024 exam for US born (OCI candidates) but living in India for last 10 years and completing studies in India (Bangalore)?
Are they treated as NRI quota as that's way too costly fees and given we left US long time back, the resident children should be allowed Govt and/or Private quota seats and not just NRI quota.
There seems to be many forums and views but i was not able to gather what's the actual state is now.
Anybody who is in the same situation please respond in this forum
