RFE on i-485, delay of EAD
Hi guys
PD is March 21st (i-485, i-130 and i-765)
NOA by mail April 1st
Filled i-131 on April 8th
BIO appointment received April 9th for April 21st
BIO successful walk-in on April 12th in SLC
i-131 approved April 26th
i-131 received May 2nd
RFE due to i-864 received May 2nd
Now my question is, will my i-765 be approved while my i-485 is pending? USCIS says one should't affect the other, meanwhile a lot of people have not received their EADs while they didn't respond to the RFE.. Anyone with similar experiences please share with me?
P.S: I tried to be as accurate as possible with the dates but they might be off by a day or two.
