Series of Denial of EAD
An immigrant on parole since May 15 2020.
Applied for EAD on August 2020. Did Biometrics in March and received a denial letter in May stating that I needed to renew my I-94 and reapply before August. Is it possible to renew I-94, if yes, how can this be done???
I-94 expired in May 15 2021 and this was the reason why I wasn't granted the EAD.
Reapplied for EAD and was still negated reason being that I have an open case which needs to be closed before I become eligible for EAD. There is more to this but the info I am trying to get here is =>
Is it possible to apply for SSN with an expired I-94, if yes, how is it done? because at this moment I am really frustrated trying to apply for EAD.
Thank you for reading through.
