I had my interview on 03-03-2014 .My visa is approved...
My suggestions,
Please dont come to the inverview not more than 15 mins before your interview time. Its of no use, you will have to just wait in a long queue.
Looks like all the consulate officials are good enough.
Be patient. Dont get nervous. Just speak to them jovially as talking to a friend and your visa will be approved.
