INS (TSC) asking for more info: need help

Hi Folks,

After about 10 months into processing for the plastic card, I received a letter from INS (TSC) indicating that the Immigration Officer at POE (SFO) forgot to put stamp certain papers. It does not tell which papers though. I was asked to submit photocopies of my passport and the I-551 stamp. I sent those docs to TSC over a month back but have not heard back from them yet. Also, the automated message has not changed.

Has anyone else experienced similar situation? If so, any kind of info would be very useful. Thanks a lot!

I never herd of a case like yours. Maybe you need to ask your lawyer to see what's going on, or waste hours to try and call TSC.
