Tracking status of plastic card for CPers

I entered at Boston on 11/18/01. Does anyone know if there is a way to track the status of the plastic card? I have read postings on this group about people tracking the status of their cards, but these people mostly seem to have gone through AOS. What is the procedure for CPers?

Wait for at least 2 months. Then call the TSC during business hours and try to get your SRC no. After that call TSC and use automated system to check the status of your card. These days cards are being sent 2-4 months after entry in USA after successful cp.

You can also ignore the status of the cards and enjoy your alread established PR status until they arrive. TSC phone lines are close to impossible to get through.
Note that every card has its own SRC and they can arrive separately.

Thanks for the info! How would I get my SRC? Would my A# or last name be enough to get it? Even though I'm enjoying my PR status, I am just curious about the card & want to check to see if things are fine.

To get your SRC no. you have to talk to a person at the TSC. Which I could never do in 4 months. You can not get it by your last name or A#. You can try that. Card looks really cool, be patient and take some time off from this process. Basically you can not do anything for atleast 1-2 months till your file reaches TSC and is entered in the system.
