help on filling DS156

Hi all,

I am applying for H4 and having an interview on 24th sept. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be filled for question 20 in DS156. (Name and address of the current employer). Should it be the name and address of my current employer ar my spouse's. Similarly for question 21. ahould it be my status or my spouse's status. I'm currently working.

You are the one applying for the visa, not your spouse.
So both the qs pertain to you , not your spouse.

By the way, this is the fiancee category of the forum. You should post
your qs under the correct category to get them answered.
