Details: EB2, CP at Madras on March/21/2001. POE Atlanta April/1/2001. Received card on Oct/1/2001.
My family arrived on May/9th and they did not receive the card yet.
Card is mailed from Texas. Simple normal white envelope. Does not have any remars that it should not be forwarded.
