Child Birth in US

I am a Pakistani national. My wife is pregnant, currently staying with me in Kuwait. I am planning to visit USA at the time of delivery so that the expected child born there.

I want to know what will be the status of my child (nationality wise). What paper we will need to collect from US after the birth of child. Can we continue our stay in USA.

What will be the situation after returning back to Kuwait. Can we (me, my wife and other kids) return back to USA at any time.

If your child will be US citizen if born in US.

You or your wife will not get any benefit until the child is 21 years of age. Just because your child is born here, you can't stay here.
