Grace Period for B-1 Extension Denial

Hello,

I came to US on B-1 Visa. ;)
Got 3 months stay period on I-94 :)
Before the end of 3 months I applied for 2 months extension.
Now I have been in US for more than 3 months and have passed the date mentioned on my I-94.
I am not sure if my visa extension application will be accepted or rejected. :confused:

In case my visa application is rejected, How much grace period will I have to leave USA? :rolleyes:

I am a bit confused, so I would really appreciate some answer from you.
