Partner Visa

I am a UK national who will be potentially be moving to the US with my current employer, hopefully I shouldnt have any trouble with it as I they will sponser me.

Is there any way my girlfriend can get a working visa, she is qualified to degree level with 2 years working experience but her employer isnt capable of offering a job over there.

Any help appreciated.

She will have to find an employer of her own who could sponsor her.
If both of you were married, she could get a dependent's visa based on your
work visa and could find a sonsor while in US.
