Extension Visa Tourist Denied

I just received a letter in which INS denied my extension tourist visa. WOuld it my multiple 1o years visa avoid if a try to re-enter the country in a month?. Do I have to apply for another multiple visa. I am from Peru South America

That is what the law says. It says that your 10 years multiple entry visa is void in that case.

But I know one person who was allowed to enter again after that.
