App + Biometric Fee = $390 Still??

Effective October 26, some fees are being changed:


They do not mention the specifics of the N-400 App + Biometric Fees.

Any ideas?

Please note: Effective October 26, 2005, the filing fee for this application will be increased to $330. Applications filed (postmarked) on or after October 26, 2005, must include the new fee amount.

A $70 fee for biometrics may be required.
