Called VSC, was told TSC handles the cards , they are backlogged seriously and are processing March 2001.
Several months more to get the plastic.
I will also try to call the TSC and get a SRC number to be able to use the automated system.
Even if I assume it takes them 2 months to get thru each month that means to get to May it will be 6 more months. I am probably looking at something around 02/02.
I need to go to India with the I551 stamp for 3/4 months after resigning. has anyone traveled to India with just a I 551 stamp. Do the India immigration cause trouble? What about the US POE people. Do I need supporting documentation?
