Plastic Cards And POE

I am Consular Processing And Have no Choice but to Enter
at LAX.

I have read that the plastic cards take up to 9 months to
arrive if you enter through LAX yet most of the people
waiting for them live in California

However I LIVE in Florida. So would my Card be processed in
Texas since that is the service center with jurisdiction
over where I live or it it purely dependent on the POE?

Probably not because we live in CA and POE will be Toronto and would take around 3 months.

If you enter through LAX it will take
6-9 months no matter where you live.
POE determines processing center and
CSC is the slooowest.
