Question on Invitation letter/Letter to Consulate

Hi,

I would like to invite my mother on Visitor Visa.

I am on H1B. I will be reaching 6 years by aug 2006 and planning to go back after that. Before that I would like to invite my parents.

Can I mention that in Invitation letter/Letter to Consulate?

Does it help them to get Visitor visa?
