b1/b2 rejection

Dear Officer,

One of our employee Mr.xxx got rejected at Kolkatta consulate under 221 g on 20 Dec 2004for B1/B2 VISA For business.He was not aware that he can turn up again with the proper documentation.Without knowing this we again rebooked thesame person under the normal appointment slots and scheduled an interview on20.10.05 at chenai consulate this time he got rejected under 214B

So is it possible for us to send him back to calcutta consulate with the
proper documentation since it is mentioned in the consulate letter that for
rejection under 221 g we can again go to the consulate with the proper
documentation

No. you will have to schedule a new appointment for him at the consulate within whose jurisdiction he resides.
