Hi ,

I had an over stay in my last visit to USA for two years on a business visa.I returned back to India on June 2000. That time I came along with my parents and was 20 years.

Now I want to apply for a H4 visa to join my husband in USA.

What is the chance of getting the visa.Or what should I do to get the visa.

Since you overstayed more than one year, you are banned to
enter US till 2010 (10 years). You should contact a good US immigration
attorney who can help you get a waiver.
Once you get a waiver of the 10 yr ban, you can apply for the H-4.
