Help me out for medical visa?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need visa for medical reason, because treatment is not available in my country.
The cost of treatment is approximatelly 5,000 to 7,000 US dollars.
I have 10,000 US $ for treatment.
These day's i am jobless due to my illness.
My family will bear all the expenses for my treatment.
My family income is 250 $ per month only.
Our total assets (including home, two plots, 6 acers farm land) are worth 50,000 thousands US dollars only.
The countries in which i am interested for applying are U.S.A, U.K, Germany or Canada?

My Questions are:
Will any of these country grant me visa? If
I provide them true information about my family income and my joblessness.
If not, then what should I do?
Will i have to give/write wrong information about my family income and my job. (telling that we run fish/poultry farm and we earn more)
