Plastic Card @ CSC

Is there anyone from California that received his plastic card recently? People who posted "plastic card received" on this board are all from east coast.

I entered the U.S. (San Francisco) with my IV in mid July but have not yet received my card. I called the National Service Center and was told it would take 6 months to 1 year for card processing and CSC does not even have my A# in the system as of early December.

Anyone has similar experience?
