Time for B1

Hi,


I inend to visit US to attend interview with an US company at the earliest time possible.They will send me invitation letter and bear the costs.

Can I mention "interview" in the purpose of visit ?

I believe I have to apply to nearest VFS in Cochin.How long it takes to get the visa ? I couldn't find any info on multiple entry visa for business.Is it possible ? I had a 5 year ME visa taken from Qatar which expired in 2002.

I am in Kerala and where should I attend the interview ?

Thanks for your real quick response.The link is useful.
How long it takes to get B1 visa ? I need the visa pretty fast say I two three days ! Is it possible by any chance ? Suppose the employer mentions need for urgency in their invitation letter ?I have an ultimatum to accept another job offer and hence this urgency. :(

Hi,
For B1/B2 visa the non-immigrant intent is of utmost importance. If the officer interviewing you gets the idea that you may take this job being offered and settle down there, the visa will not be issued.
