I am planning to bring my in-laws. I have valid H1B till Sept 2006. I want to bring them in April 2006. My I-485 is pending. But my wife used parol to enter US this time when she came from Indis. What staus should I shoe H1B/pending I-485?
If I show pending I-485 what are all the documents to send for the interview?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi!
I am not too sure but I would put H1B itself as it's still valid.

Well we had a similar case. We had valid H and approved L visa but not yet stamped on our passports. We didn't know wht status to put on the application form. Then we read the approval notice of L and it said it is not a visa or may not be used in place of a visa, may be used to obtain a visa. So we used H visa even though our L was approved and things worked just fine.

Also pending 485 may sound as potential immigrants
