Police certificates

I am a Canadian in the K1 process with my fiance from Florida. I have lived in many countries over the years - over a year in France and Thailand and nearly a year in a few other countries. Does anyone know, will they expect police certificates from these countries or only Canada? I don't think I can get anythign from Thailand, and I found a form to download for France but although I was married to a French man when I worked there it was 'under the table' in a tourist area so I was never registered....
Any advice appreciated.

i got some serious problem too,..about the police clearance i want to know how long it will take to get a reponse to my request in france regading my police clearance..im going to go for interview first month of january..is anyone can help me pls.. :confused: :( ,..i really want to marry my fiance his from california..thanks for your attention..just call me thess
