Hi Guys,

Please read following information, which will be helpful.

Important Notes about documents:

1. Never laminate any of your original documents
2. Any document which is in a language other than English or French must be acompanied by a certified translation. Visa officer will not accept uncertfied translations, or translations without the original document.

Along with application, you need to submit following documents.

CIVIL DOCUMENTS
---------------
1. Birth certificates for you and all of your dependents.
2. Proof of marital status, including marriage certificate, death certi. of previous spouses,divorce judgments, separation agreements.
3. Proof of continuous enrollment in and full-time attendence at an educational institution of any child
over the age of 19 who is to accompany you to Canada

QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
-----------------------
1. Proof of your education, training or apprenticeship, including diplomas and transcripts, or reports of marks
2. Proof of employment for the last 10 years, reference letter which includes your name, position, duties, pay stub etc.
3. Income tax returns for each of the 3 previous years.
4. Family class applicants should provide documentary evidence to support by sponsor.
5. Proof of relationship of your canadain citizen relatives.

OTHER DOCUMENTS
---------------
1. Proof of all assets available for your settlement in Canada.
2. Last 6 month's bank statements
3. Police certificate for each person over the age of 18 from every country where the person has lived for at least 6 months since that person's 18th birthday
4. Any previous Canadian immigration documents which you have received including visa, refusal letters, permits, authorisations, and orders.

i have already laminted all my certificates and degrees etc. please confirm if i will be rejected because of laminated docs.
i shall appreciate your prompt answer before i could proceed further.

Hi Wellwisher,

I thank you for helping out with Canada PR. The level of detail about the process is very useful. I myself started the process and got a file # from Buffalo. I'm on a student visa in the US. The visa will expire in about a year from now. Will my status in the US affect my application. Thanks again for the help

Hi,
I would like to get a Police Verification Certificate from United Arab Emiratesfor applying for a Candian Immigiration and I live here in US for the past three
years and I cannot go to UAE now to get the certificate and I would to like to get it from here in California.
Please advise me the procedure in detail.(How and where to get and send the forms.)
