Hi, we live in california. Due for our Citizenship in OCt 2006.
1)Would like to know when we can apply for it(heard we can do it few months before our due period,but not sure )
2) Can we process GC for our parents at the same time ,when our Citizenship process is going on.
3) In case if we can, and apply GC for them. will they not be able to enter US until we becoem citizens ???. We would like to apply GC from India for them.
4) We wold like to adopt from INdia and we heard that its possible to apply only if we hold ciitizen status. Is that true.
